All ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

As my website states, I offer free shipping to all U.S. orders. Those orders will be shipped USPS first class mail without insurance.

If you would like to ship USPS Priority - $9, you can select at checkout.

I ship via USPS (if in the US), providing a tracking number. I do not include insurance in the free shipping method.

Please note that once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS), it is no longer my responsibility, and am not responsible for lost packages. Crazy Hoof Silver is a small business solely run by one person and unfortunately can not afford to replace the items lost by shipping carries.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact crazyhoofsilver@gmail.com and I will assist you in replacing your order.

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, all purchases are final sale.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me within 7 days of receiving your item.
